We recently had the pleasure of partnering with our local Better Business Bureau office on the presentation of a webinar. Called “Essential Email Marketing Skills For Small Businesses,” the webinar gave us an opportunity to introduce ourselves to fellow BBB members, and to other business owners that may be considering membership with the BBB.
Facilitating the webinar also allowed us to share the basics of Email Marketing and how it can be used to improve small business communications and sales. We often find that small business owners are so busy with the hands-on aspects of running a business that strategy in how to move the business forward isn’t even a consideration. In reality, however, it’s a crucial step to staying in business and thriving.
During the webinar the following was covered: the basics of list-building; how to use automations and schedule emails to save time while increasing website traffic; how to use email analytics to improve ROI; and how to find the right email service provider for individual business needs. Each of these topics are areas that a small business should address to stay on top of growing the business base – a definite goal for all in 2021!
We’re pleased that this webinar was so well received, and we look forward to future collaborations with the BBB. As a matter of fact, we’re currently working on scheduling another for the month of August. Stay tuned.
