Deep Dive: It’s All in the Analytics

Back in September, we spent some time explaining analytics in our post, “What Are Analytics and Why Are They So Important to My Business?” We shared with you that we provide monthly analytical reporting to our clients. These reports tell us how our marketing efforts are working by pointing out what is successful, what is not, and if anything should be changed. The reports also allow our clients to see their online community and how it grows over time. Not only does it provide a better overall understanding, but the information can crossover to things like event planning, etc.

We are very excited to share that our client, Spiritual Life Center of Sacramento, (SLC), has been with us for one year now. Therefore, this is the perfect time to take a “deep dive” and see what the twelve months of data that we’ve collected really indicates. Let’s take a look together at some of their highlights and find out how far they’ve come:

  • SLC's main Social Media Channels include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Across the board, engagement, (following, liking, commenting, etc), is up 314% from 2018!

  • More than 30 countries accessed SLC's Website and YouTube Live stream in 2019.

  • SLC's video efforts, including promotional videos and weekly live streaming of Sunday and Wednesday services, saw an overall 117% increase in viewership.

  • And SLC's Podcast, which currently features their Sunday message and launched in late October, 2019, saw over 300 downloads in just 3 months!

These are just a few of the topics we report on with our clients. In Spiritual Life Center's case, it has helped us develop goals for 2020 and we look forward to seeing continued growth within their community.
